Welcome to VIG Auto. By using our website, contacting us, or receiving services from our auto repair shop, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Services

VIG Auto provides general auto repair, diagnostics, maintenance, towing coordination, and related automotive services. All services are subject to vehicle condition, availability of parts, and technician assessment.

Estimates

Any estimates provided are based on an initial inspection and are not final until the vehicle has been fully assessed. Additional repairs may be recommended if further issues are discovered. We will always communicate with you before proceeding with additional work.

Authorization

By approving repairs verbally, in writing, or electronically, you authorize VIG Auto to perform the agreed-upon services and to operate your vehicle for testing and repair purposes.

Payments

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in advance. We accept approved payment methods available at our shop. Unpaid balances may result in delayed vehicle release.

Appointments and Walk-Ins

Appointments are recommended but not required. Walk-in services are accepted based on availability. Same-day service is not guaranteed and depends on workload and parts availability.

Warranties

Any warranties on parts or labor are subject to the manufacturer’s or supplier’s terms. Warranty details will be provided upon request when applicable.

Vehicle Storage

Vehicles left at our facility after service completion may be subject to storage fees if not picked up within a reasonable timeframe.

 

Liability

VIG Auto is not responsible for personal items left inside vehicles. While we take care during all repairs, we are not liable for pre-existing conditions or wear-related failures.
